Once schedule has been posted team official on application form MUST complete and fax the Coaches Passes Form to our office by JUNE 1ST otherwise coaches passes will NOT be issued to your team. Additionally, Coaches Passes will NOT be issued until team rosters & hotel information is submitted.
Coaches Passes will NOT be available at the arenas once the tournament has commenced and will only be issued in advance of the tournament once the required form, roster & hotel information is submitted.
IMPORTANT SCHEDULE NOTE:
You will NOT be notified of game changes. Please verify your game times online 24 hours prior to games. It is your responsibility to confirm that your game times or locations have NOT been changed up to 24 hours prior to tournament commencing.
